3. You can fill up the Admission Form by choosing any one of the 3 Methods (A, B or C) as given below.

4. Send Soft copy (photo) of your Documents : Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Employer's Id Card (For Working Persons), College Id Card (For students)

Note :

1. For (A) above :

       If you have PC / Laptop, Download this "E-Admission Form". 

       Fill it up on your PC / Laptop.

       Then Send it to us via E-mail / WhatsApp.

       Please note, it can't be filled up on Mobile. 

2. For (B) above :

       Download this "Off-line Admission Form". 

       Just print it. Fill it up physically. 

       Take a pic (photo), and send this pic to us via E-mail / WhatsApp.

3. For (C) above :

       Alternatively you can fill up this "Online Form" here.

4. You can send these Documents, Form etc. to us by WhatsApp or by E-mail.
